At Qube Inn Luxury Hotel, we strive to provide our guests with a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Flexible Rate Bookings:
    Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
    Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings / Promotional Rates:
    These bookings are not eligible for refunds or date changes.

  • No Show:
    If a guest does not arrive and no cancellation is made, the full booking amount will be charged.

2. Early Check-Out

In case of early departure, charges for the unused nights may be non-refundable, depending on the booking type and the notice provided.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Qube Inn is not responsible for delays caused by the guest’s bank or payment gateway.

4. Date Modification

  • Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.

5. Group Bookings or Corporate Reservations

For group or bulk bookings, a separate agreement or custom cancellation policy may apply.
